What are Activities?

Activities are records of interactions and work performed with or on behalf of clients during service episodes.

Activity Types

ManaakiCare supports various activity types:

  • Home Visits - In-person visits at client location
  • Office Visits - Client visits to your office
  • Phone Calls - Telephone conversations
  • Emails - Email correspondence
  • Case Notes - General documentation
  • Assessments - Formal assessments
  • Referrals Out - External referrals
