What are Activities?
Activities are records of interactions and work performed with or on behalf of clients during service episodes.
Activity Types
ManaakiCare supports various activity types:
- Home Visits - In-person visits at client location
- Office Visits - Client visits to your office
- Phone Calls - Telephone conversations
- Emails - Email correspondence
- Case Notes - General documentation
- Assessments - Formal assessments
- Referrals Out - External referrals
